He can do quality handles and knives very well.

I have a couple of makers for you to check out;

Darrel Ralph makes a great folder in his EDC. While it is a titanium frame-lock, they look very nice with mammoth ivory overlays. www.darrelralph.com

Keith Coleman also offers a tremendous range of very versatile folders and also will do custom designs. Fit & finish is very good and prices are very reasonable. www.colemanmade.com

Good luck in your quest for the perfect knife

I have sold most of my knife handle material for the last ten years to Rick Fields.Since he passed away his wife Linda and Ricks brother Don will be taking over.As a full time carver I dont have time to deal with the retail end of it.Rick always sayed the only way to sell the better material is at shows.There is going to be a real shortage of mammoth soon as almost all of the placer mines hve shut down because of the low price of gold and the high price of fuel.About 70%of the ivory came from the mines.The rest coming from the bush.The ivory with good color is less than 10%.I am getting some Siberian but I can't count on it.I sold all those bison priscus skulls . Thanks for all the good info on finding the maker of my knife.
