Who should make my custom folder?

I've been playing with this design for a folder. It's a titanium liner lock, with micarta scales. The blade will be about 4", flat ground, and either D2 or S30V. Who would you all suggest to make a folder like this? I've had fixed blade customs made before but my favorite maker doesn't do folders.

except for the slot to open, it looks a lot like some of the Dozier folders in D2

I think you should just look around at various makers and pick one where you like the spirit of his work, if that makes any sense. Something about their personal touch that you like- since that's really pretty much the only reason to go custom on knives.

I'll check it out. His folders are partly the inspiration for what I came up with. I didn't know he did custom designs though. Thanks!
