who to talk to about possibly selling a product?

i was curious who could tell me about what level i would need to purchase in order to sell diamond bonded stones i make.... not 100% ill even go through with it but it didnt seem like i could even message a mod. and the contact us link seemed to take me to a broken page? just curious before i started getting into some type of production mode. thanks in advance!
