Ok, who just used a damn sniper on me on that acution site and stole my KO Mini Task with only 4 seconds left in the auction???!! I'm gonna have to start using those damn programs just to be on a level playing field. You sneaky lil.........

Oh well, next time:(

I don' need no steenking program to sniperize! :p

Nope, it wasn't me. But you know, you prolly coulda beat the sniper if you'd bid more money to begin with! :D

I'd like to know too. 4 Seconds is the shortest time I've heard of. Keep trying Jonnymac44...

It was my third purchase of the day, so I kinda had some limits. I went to $175 right off the bat with 3 minutes 30 seconds to go, and like usual refreshed the page every couple of seconds. The bid was at $109 when I first put in my $175, and it just kept going up by a dollar and some change every single time I refreshed, so I'm almost certain it was a program. I just knew that I couldn't go any higher and still keep a roof over my kids' heads this month:D, so I had to watch as the damn thing refreshed to me being outbid in the last four or five seconds.

A pain like no other:(

*EDIT* I should note that on the bright side, I DID snag a Snap-On groove with red G-10 scales for $35 dollars this morning!:D, see I can still smile.

Sniping is the way to go. I use a website based service (I won't post free advertisement for them here). Keeps you from getting in a bidding war and driving the price up. I didn't snipe your mini task, but I did pick up a S30V Blur wednesday for less than $60 with 4 sec left in the auction.:D

That Groove dressed in red sounds sweet!!
Sorry you got sniped....wasn't me.....but I'll
keep an eye out for ya Bro.

I have two Mini Tasks on the way...I cant wait :)

Now, J, despite the fact that I'm quite happy for a fellow Kershaw lover, your comment does not belong in this thread as it only exacerbates my current condition:p:D

I hope your torsion bar snaps!! Both of 'em!!

Congrats on the score,
Jon

Jonny, "sniping" implies there is a sniper. We prefer not to use such words...they seem so, well, impersonal. You know we like to do business "face-to-face".

Nowz whose we puttin da contract on for stealin your knife?

This whole thread was just my cunning attempt to draw the thief, um I mean sniper, out into the open, so'z we could finger him and get to work with the lead pipes on da knees:D;)

Whoa, what am I doing revealing my methods? Clearly, the people on this board are my main competition in any Kershaw auctions.:D
