Who uses rust-proof screws?

I am very interested in finding out which makers and/or manufacturers of titanium and/or Talonite/Stellite/Cobolt rust proof knives can give me a completely rustproof package.
Of course this means that NO steel parts are used in the creation of the knife. (screws, liners, thumbstud, or whatever)
