Who uses this maker's mark?

I got to handle a knife today that a friend bought and we are both wondering who the maker is. The mark is the initials RB in large stamped letters and the B is attached to the R at the lower right. The knife had the number 002 on the reverse and the fit and finish was excellent. It has the best silver solder job I've ever seen.
