(I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THE IDEA I JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY OPINION ON IT AND TRY TO HELP IT GET GOING AS HE SAID)
ok so i was on youtube im the megajosh09 on there, and i came across a guys video who said he would like a special edition rat 1 here it is

any way my idea would be s30v like h said in the video or vg10
a rough textured g10 that is toxic green or the orange that they have made
i think it should be avalable in all the blade variatons i prefer black plain edge.
and it would be amazing if they would shed some weight by skelotizing the liners
SO POST ON HERE IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA OR LIKE THIS IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF THEY DONE A SPECIAL EDITION RUN FOR BLADE FORUMS OR SOMETHIN SO EVERYONE TRY TO HELP GET THIS GOING I THINK IT WOULD BE SWEET!

It's hard to beat a Rat1. For the money, it's a heck of a knife - worth at least twice the price.

I'd definitely consider another.
 
I dont think a special ed is warranted for the knife, it is great but if i want something with better steel or more preferable handle materials theres quite a variety to choose from
 
yea better steel and more viarity and skeletonize handles i done mine myself made a huge difference i kow knifeworks has the diff. colors but its the same texture and still aus8 i wanna see hard core g10 texturing and s30v blade skeletonized handle its not really the colors but the material for me i guess
