Who wants a messed up Manix?

So once upon a time, young teenager me decided to buy a Spyderco Manix and put some custom G10 scales on it. Long story short, I botched the installation due to my impatience, and I no longer have a use for it. Blade has a ton of play, and the lock engages in two positions. It's been sitting around for years.. Who wants it?

I just want to see some cool blades. Leave a comment with your favorite knife in your collection, and I'll draw a random person this Friday, August 14th. All I'm asking the winner to do is pay for shipping. ($5.75 will cover Flat Rate shipping/PayPal fee)

In all seriousness the blade is still perfectly fine, assuming you're willing to disassemble the knife. Good luck to everyone. :thumbup:

This SNG is my fav knife right now.

I have a friend at work that I talked into buying a knife, and he went with a manix and he destroyed the blade within a week I am sure he would love to have a nice new blade.
 
Would love to have a messed up Manix. Personally think that is one of the best knives that Spyderco makes.

I like knives better if they have some sort of story behind them and this one does.

Would be a great addition to my small collection of knives. I don't own anything with a FFG.

And for a picture of a favorite knife.... Still have not mastered how to get a pic up on BF. Sorry.

I am a big fan of the old M3 trench knife from the military though.

Dang... Takes me back to the only time I've ever lost a blade in transit. Paid $350 for a gunnar grip and the bafoon decided to ship it in an envelope... Can't believe he got out of that situation with my money. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I wasn't able to!
 
Here is my current EDC next to my favorite beverage. Love the Military ergos and blade. Thanks for the GAW!

Every knife I still have is my favorite. Very hard to choose one over the other. Been carrying ZT 0301/0801 the most for folders lately though. I would want it. Really regret getting rid of my Manix XL. Havent had one of the regular version yet. Favorite fixed blades at the moment would say Fletcher Hatchula or Rodent 6. Favorite Spyderco is my custom Delica. Thanks for the chance.

Wow that is a real ball breaker. I cant believe someone would ship a knife of that caliber in a envelope! Sorry you got burned on that deal.
