I have a Orange Elephant Toenail or Sunfish I want to give away. I just got it like 3-4 days ago but I find it to have stronger springs then I like so I want to pass it along. Its an orange bone Rough Rider. Beautiful knife just to strong of springs. It's 3" closed but fits the hand great IMHO due to its width.

Rules:

Must have at least 100 post and 25 most be in the traditional sub forum.

Must be able to own this knife and be legal in your area. This is your responsiblity not mine.

I would like you to tell me why you want this knife BUT ITS NOT REQUIRED

If winner is under 18 I will need to speak with a parent on the phone and ship it to them.

Toss me in the running. Very generous of you! I'd like to own the piece on account of never having owned a RR or an Elephant Toenail, and orange is a favorite color of mine. :)
 
i think i fit the post requirements. i would love to haver a knife like this to try out because i am just getting into traditionals and my favorite color is orange. :-)
 
I don't post enough to qualify, but I sure wish I did now. But, I have one of these already and I can tell you the winner of this knife is going to love it. Mine is tight, too, but it carries really easily for a knife this size due to how flat it is. Everyone who saw mine when I carried it at work thought it was the coolest knife they ever saw. The big online seller of these is out, too, so they are harder to find now. Very nice giveaway, I need to post more. Especially in traditionals.
 
I have never owned a 'nail or sunfish and generally favor canoe pattern knives above all others. It seems this would just be like having a "really big canoe." Please put me down -- and thanks for this opportunity.

I would like to win the knife because I don't own any Toenail or Sunfish knives and because I like Rough Riders. This one would be a good knife to keep in my desk at work. I keep a RR Peanut there now but I could use a bigger knife in my desk.

I like Rough Riders. The toenail is on my list of patterns to give a whirl to. And, I don't mind orange at all (helps me find it on the floor, right?).
 
I like the pattern and have no RR or orange knives

I'd like to check out a RR, since the only one that's passed through my hands went straight out to a friend, and I've never handled an Elephant Toenail before.
