So I got kinda bored and printed off a picture of the lava that is only 1/16" off the real thing, graphed it into my sketchbook to come up with some engravings and thought about the subcom....blade variants. So I measured and graphed the blade into 4 spots, erased everything except the length and came up with this:

the Subby already has this and it has been a majr success, one on the Lava would be kinda cool. This and the hawk may be hard to fit into the handle though so they could need a bit of redesign.

Pretty sweet design, kindof liek a skinner and it would go in the handle nicely.
I also had a rescue/assist conc4ept but it was not working out and if you are trying to use a lava for rescue...it just doesnt work out.
Any comments or criticism? I would have also done serrations but I cannot draw them to save my life.
