Who/where can I have a custom blade made (just blade)?

I recently got a Kershaw Baby Boa in all black (limited run). I love the design of the blade and everything on this knife. I even find myself staring a the clip for many minutes on end just admiring how good it looks. The only thing I'd like to change is the blade from the OE 440A to something along the lines of VG-10 or S30V. Any custom makers make just the blades alone? Would they be able to coat it with Tungstan DLC? Thanks.

I don't think there are any makers that are doing their own DLC coating. The best place to ask about the possibilities of getting a blade made is in the Shop Talk - BladeSmith Questions and Answers forum.
 
I do custom blade grinding, but don't do the tunsten coating. Most places that do the blade coatings don't want to mess with a run of one or two.

Gene - how much would a custom blade in the same shape as stock cost in VG-10 or S30V? Here's a pic of the Baby Boa:

I can do without the coating if that's too difficult to source.
