Who would be interested in the following pass arounds?

Hey,

I want to gauge the level of interest that's out there. I have an Emerson La Griffe that also has a custom belt sheath made and a Becker Necker in San Mai steel.

I've been giving some consideration to having a pass around and I wanted to see how many people out there would be interested in such?

I would be love to be involved in the passaround. I've actually been eyeing the La Giraffe for some time. Please keep in touch!
 
Would be interested in a passaround on the Lagriffe. Worked for a long time as a river guide and that was what I always wanted to try.
 
Okay, so it seems like there is at least some interest in the La Griffe. Now I need to go poking around a bit to see what the rules usually are for this sort of thing.
 
Thanks. I realized after I made my post that there actually is a set of standard rules for passarounds and I kinda put palm to forehead. :/
 
I would be interested in participating. The Emerson La Griffe is of most interest, but it might be nice to include the Kabar TDI as a comparison point.

I wonder if you would get better response by having the mods move this discussion to the "Knife & Gadget Pass-Around Forum."
 
Even though i cant participate i would love to see them both, especially the La Griffe

That might be a good idea. I didn't post it there because I didn't think this actually qualified as an actual pass around yet. I wanted to see what interest there was.

However, if the moderators believe that the passaround forum would be a more effective or appropriate place for this thread, I'm all for that.

Okay. I think if there's enough interest shown by the end of the week, I'll consider doing a pass around with one if not both of these knives.
 
Well, unfortunately it appears that there isn't enough interest in a pass around with either the La Griffe or the Becker Necker in San Mai steel.

I'll give this another day or two before I request for the thread to be closed.
 
I'd love to have a chance to test out the becker necker, but haven't been around long enough to be eligible.
