Who would like to see CASE start making good Tactical?

Imagine Case started making a Tactical. Would you buy one? I know this is probably not going to happen. But if you could design it, how would you do it? What steel, design, handles, lock, and what would you name it? I will always be an avid Case collector, and I know if they made one of these I would buy one.

The Russlock isn't tactical enough for you?

Man, That will truly be something to see. I've been waiting for Victorinox to make a Tactical one-handed opener for the Swiss Army. Crimson coloured G-10 with the Swiss shield, satin finished spear point blade. If Case ever makes one, it better not be with their Tru-Sharp Stainless!

I believe in the old saying, "go with what you know." I gotta believe that if Case made a tactical it would be, well, awful. That company is a lot of things, but innovative is not one of 'em.

I'd like to see just the opposite, more folks producing quality non-tacticals.

Tac this, tac that. Phooey.

That's the only way I will ever buy a Case- changing handle colors and shields does not substitute for innovation. Hmmm... I sure would like to see a Case forum.

Nope. I like to see Case continue with nice traditional patterns. I dont care if they never make a tactical. I went through my 'tactical' folder phase and finally grew out of it for the most part. Now as far as folders go I have returned to my love of Trappers and stockmen patterns.

I wouldn't mind seeing a traditional-looking Case with a few "tactical" adornments, like a small thumb stud and locking blade. Doesn't Kershaw have just such a model out now -- a "traditional" folder that's actually a linerlock with a thumb stud?
