Who would make an Emerson Persian into a framelock?

I'd like to get the EKI Persian, but I really don't like their linerlocks, does anyone rehandle production knives? I think I'd just want one slab to make the lock, and maybe have the G10 on the other side carved, or have something added to it to dress it up. Would that be any cheaper than getting one built from scratch, or does anyone already make a similar folder?

I know he has done framelock conversions on Commanders and Mini Comms.... a framelock Persian would be sweeeet !!
