Ive been looking into them already, i like the mountaineer, but at 3/32 what limitations would you put on that? I prefer thin blades and i don't abuse them.I woted LT Wright GNS, but you should consider looking at Adventuresworn. Those knives are solid choices for a knife meant for the woods.

I have a TRC This is freedom FFG comming in next week. I don't own a full tang scandi, The closest thing i have is a Helle Gaupe stick tang.Hmmm out of those I think I like the LT Wright GNS the best. As far as scandi vs. saber... That's just personal preference I think. If this was going to be your only bushcraft knife for the foreseeable future, I might choose Saber. However if you already own another fixed blade or two that will work for the task and you don't own a scandi, then I'd say get the scandi.
