I think you answered your own question.

See where it says "DHgate" down in the lower right-hand corner of the picture? A notorious seller of cheap Chinese-made knives, including outright counterfeits. That knife has Emerson markings on it, but I seriously doubt it's a real Emerson.

That knife was likely made by one of the many Chinese knife factories that crank out all manner of counterfeits, and cheap knives with stolen design features and characteristics.
