As I was practicing clarinet, I saw something on the news about a couple of teens arrested for planning a Columbine-style shooting.

They had a bunch of knives on a table on-screen, and I noticed a balisong. (along with hunting/diving knives, bullet cartridges, and Nazi propaganda) Might've been a '42.

We live in interesting times, don't we.

That happened about 20 miles form here.....The knife looked like, to me, a 45 but could have been a custom! I'm almost sure it was a BM.......what a waste!

What is really hard to swallow though is that some kids are starting to think it's some kind of contest to see who can do the most extravagent mass murder.

I acctually recorded the video showing their armament. The knife is NOT a 42, it did have exposed pins, had the typical 8080 handle design, and the blade was NOT a weehawk, more likely a Utility. Thats all I can tell from the breif clip.
