I'm sure it's a stolen card, I get them all the time and report them
he emailed me back and now wants 5 of each
he must not have a stolen card with that much on it.
he'll ok it and then send me 1 or even 3 card numbers by e-mail
that's the way they work..then I'll run them around telling them it's a bad number and they will give me more numbers..
How come I never get any of these big orders...! Dan you're doing the right thing by letting him trip all over himself a few times. I love those websites where people describe scamming the scammers. If I had more time I'd probably read that stuff as much as I read this place. But you're a decent substitute. Let em have it Maestro!
Yep, get as many card numbers as possible.
Most of the people that really own the cards don't even know the numbers are being used, so when you report the card, the game ends for the scammer, and the rightful owner gets a break...
I like run-on sentences...
Anyway, good to see you're aware enough to see the scam.
Too bad it isn't a legit order...
LOL
Unfortunately, you can't just get the money from the cards.
Seems it will get reversed on you some time down the road, and get you a nice charge from the CC companies for chargebacks.
Enough chargebacks, and you get one of those really hefty fees, then get your merchant priviledges revoked...sucks...
A-hole number-theiving scammers.
Dan On the national news a short while back they had a thing about how the GOVERNMENT of Nigeria almost supports its self using spam Email. Sure must be a lot of stupid people out there.
pete the colage kids over there do it all the time no laws covering it there it''s seems,,

I try to get them to sent them by Fed-x so it cost them...
