This is fun but kinda BS if you seriously wanted something. Way to much room for confusion with these fake users
 
Yeah, that crashed BF pretty hard. I got my e-mail sent within 10 seconds of the GO!!! over at the Swamp. Should be pretty close to the front, but I'm doubt I'm gunning for any of the really limited stuff. I would have liked to, but it's too close to Christmas to be spending a grand.

That's part of a Ganzaaa. You'll get used to it. You're better off to sit back and chill with a drink while waiting for the GO!!! than to get upset about it.
 
I am gunning for as set of steak knifes a MUK and a Boss Jack but being 5 min late i doubt i will score the MUK and the Boss Jack but it was fun :thumbup::D

This is so true ! It's all good and makes for a good time ! This is only my third Ganza and Garth with only 2 posts got me lol. I faired well in my first two :thumbup: takes time and alcohol ! " No Worries "

All they have to do is post the GO as a sticky and then there will be no confusion of authenticity.

True, but Garth is not a Moderator at either the Yard or the Swamp. Neither is Jerry, for that matter. When the GO!!! is posted here on BF, they're posted as stickies. Can't predict if/when BF will crash though, so you gotta be on your toes!
 
I swear I learn something new every Ganza lol. I knew Garth is not a mod over there, but the 2 posts did me in lol. I thought no way ! Won't happen again lol. All good :)
 
Hey folks -

Been away for a while, but recently jumped back into our wonderful little hobby here :) Well, I guess little is the wrong word...let's go with addictive...yeah, that's more accurate. I'm already asking myself where half my knives came from already. :eek:

I've been lurking for a while, but I figured what better way to get back onto the forum then with a Ganza!!!

I too got faked out by the phony first Garth post. At first I was worried that meant I'd get kicked to the end of the line...then I remembered that was for the overloaders who cancel at the eleventh hour. Whew!

After the forum went down, I was checking the others, but I was focussing on the top threads figuring it would pop up right at the top....I didn't see Garth's post further down. :grumpy: I wound up sending my second note at 9:55 too. I don't think I was shooting for extremely limited items either, so fingers crossed.

The emergency plan should state "... If Garth cannot post the GO thread in any of the five forums..." right now it seems to only imply regarding bladeforums alone.

That is irrelevant. At 2155 you could send no matter what.
 
It is irrelevant what forums did or didn't have a go posted because you are clear to send whether or not any of them did.
