this is great mustard! i was kinda waiting for a let down on taste, but the FatCatMuatard pulled through. if you are any where near frostburg, md and you want a taste, stop in to frostburg and you need a fix. please let me know.

the taste is really there, don't try this if you do not like hot stuff!! i can actually taste the scotch bonnet's flavor. it also has a nice mustard tinge, like a true mustard should. really i think it ate the edge off of my mustard spreader. dirty mucker.

Sounds great. I love mustard and habanero peppers are my favorite for home made hot sauces and salsa.
 
Glad ya like it Bro! She was so excited that it was going to the right coast. Not only is it great mustard, it's made by a great person. The owner went to school with and is a great friend of my oldest son (and family). Instead of letting some serious odds beat her down and living off the system, she became proactive and is eyeballin' the Queenship of Mustard.

mymind that is a great story, have no doubt's about the crowning of mustard queen. i'm an gonna have to get some more of this stuff, the jar is half gone. this is really good rolled up in a pig in a blanket! or on roast beef.
