Just looking see what makers/collectors are going to Spirit of Steel next month?
Do you think that the move to Grapevine will help attendence? There are 225 tables there.

I'll be there. :) I'd be interested to know the list of makers that will be attending.

I will be there and do believe the move was good. The surrounding areas are a shoppers haven and there will be a bass pro shop next door so if you get bored you can go pick up some goodies. I just hope that I can get some knives made in time!

I'll be there...change of venue should be good. Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

I'm going. Since I'm also attending the Chicago show the week before, I'm really busting butt trying to make some knives. :D I didn't attend the show last year, but the year before was not very good for me.

The best part is, I'll get to see my children and Grandchildren. :D :D :D

I will have my name (Steven Prather) on my name badge and my Dredd8, be looking for me, I would like to put some faces to the names.

I will be there also. I didn't get to go last year due to a back injury. I won't have a lot of knives for sale but I will have some. I will also be in the cutting contest this year and will have my competition knife on display.
I think it will prove to be a good move as the area should be easier for every one to get into and out without a lot of travel. When you go somewhere and have to rely on public transportation, the location becomes a critical point to ponder.

As will I. Will have a couple of hunters and a bowie or two. Will try to have a carbon and a damascus of each at least.
Looking forward to it, I think it is a good move. Further for me, but a good move.

Last year was not a good show for me, but for some it was a good show. I don't know if changing locations will help or not, so I guess I will try again this year and see

Louisville, the week after was a great show!

Looks like I will be there as well. I had not thought so, only my table and knives but I will be there with some pieces.

I will be there, with some things to sell. Glad to hear that Ray is going to be there and back cutting.I think the location change is a good idea. Good central location for the whole metroplex area with lots of activity in the surrounding shopping district, bigger consumer base and more traffic, hopefully. Diane and I look forward to seeing everybody. Selling knives is good but I think seeing friends and making new ones is the real plus. Looking forward to it, Mike, Jerry, and Bailey, see you all there.

Only 11 people going to the show? Come on, who else? The website needs to have a list of table holders.

I have heard that John Fitch, Jeromy Anders, David Anders, Cliff Polk, Rusty Polk, and John Martin will also be there. It should be a good show with lots to see and do this year.
That is about all I can remember at the moment.

I am not a maker but I will be there with a variety of knives for sale. I will also have brochures on next years Central Texas knife show to pass out. I am looking forward to meeting my friend Roger from Canada and maybe buying his dinner one night. What do you say Roger?

I will be there. I have made it every year for the past three. I will put my screen name on as well. What time is the cutting competition?

You definitely won't have to twist my arm Chris. :D See you there!

Roger

You know I'll be there. You need to have one Southern boy to keep all of those cowboys in line! :footinmou
I think the change will help and this should be a good show for selling and buying. :D

I suspect LD - myself - and Atomic Zero will head out for at least one day and some dinner:)
