Who's camping at the factory sale?

Not me. Wish I was. I'm trying to live through others by having them post pics on Instagram using #spydercofactory2ndsale

Side-note: Out of curiosity, has anyone seen non Golden CO models for sale at the factory sale? I would assume the defects are usually caught at the factory in which they're manufactured, but that's 100% conjecture on my part.
 
Damn it I'm actually in Colorado working for a few days but I'm 4 hours away from the factory...If only this could've been last Wednesday when I landed in Denver or Monday when I'm flying home.
 
With the factory sale I see some scamming gonna be happening on the bay. Maybe someone with a great deal on knowledge should make a stocky for new guys showing what to look for when I comes to identifying seconds and what reasonable prices would look like.

Factory seconds are ALWAYS designated by a notch ground into the spine of the blade near the handle, and I believe always on the non presentation side.
That's all you have to look for if you're considering purchasing 2nd hand and the seller doesn't specify. Just ask for photos of the blade spine.

I don't really see this sale as a way to increase scamming...? Maybe I'm just confused on what you meant.
