I check once in awhile but don't see much written on this award winning folder (2010 Knife of the Year!!). Do CRK fans not carry it much? Are there problems with it?

I'm not trolling here - I find the design to be pretty wild looking and I don't really "get it." :)

I thought I was going to open this post and just see big caps saying somethin along the lines of "THIS GUY"
I myself don't see much ti-lock action going on here, but I haven't heard anythig bad either, I think it's just hard to want one whilst the seb and Zaan exist.

Yes, they're a hard act to follow. I always have been fascinated by the gadgetry of the lock system on this folder. It looks cool as heck - while at the same time "hmm why is all that stuff there and how good does it work?" Anyway it's cool looking but I want a micarta inlay Sebenza right now - pretty bad. :D

I have handled one at a local dealer and found it very difficult to Use. So personally I'll just stick with sebbies.

My small seb is my #1 EDC - I always always have it on me and I use it for everything. Other knives make it into the rotation too depending on what I am doing or where I am going - this is usually a Mnandi, Large seb, or Umnum. So the Ti-Lock doesn't get carried that much because I prefer the feel and function of the sebs, but I still carry it every once in a while because it is soo cool. So I guess I still feel the same way, I'm not quite sure what I think about it. I like it, but I have reservations...

The Ti-Lock is an interesting exercise in design, but I actually found it quite difficult to open and close one-handed. It does look cool, though.

I'm one that carries a Ti-Lock and is very satisfied with it. I've broken in the lock and find it easy to open and close one-handed. As in all Chris Reeve folders I've owned the F&F is extraordinary and if smooth as glass is what people normally say to describe opening and closing then I wouldn't know what simile to use to describe how the Ti-Lock opens and closes as it is smoother.

The knife looks great, feels great, cuts great, locks tight.
