Hey all ye Fletcher fans figured its about time i intro myself. Im a metal artist from north Georgia who decided to pursue his dream of making knives. Here's a big public thanks to Dylan for taking me in. Can't thank Dylan and Andy enough for showing me the ropes. Ive been working for Dylan about a month now and its awesome. We've been cranking out some killer knives as you can see by his photos. Here's a few pics of my own creations. Let me know what you think.

Yep, Damn is a natural. He's getting really good really quick. Any of the knives he's made so far would be awesome working knives. It's been a huge help having him around the shop and thanks to him, Fletcher Knives is making HUGE numbers right now. Damon is definitely a future rockstar in the business. You should expect to see several knives from him for sale in the near future.
 
Damon is a natural as you can see. Nailed the convex sabergrind first time out. His designs are excellent as well. I hope y'all support him just as you have Dylan and I.
 
Damon you are a natural and congratulations on your work, it is very impressive. I look forward to watching as your work evolves, that is until you get better then me then i will smolder with resentment.

His teachers are due credit as well, being able work with Dylan and andy for a month is like reading 15 books, and spending a year trying to figure out your grinds aren't symmetrical.
 
Andy only taught him how to do a Scandi grind, which is something I refuse to touch. Everything else he learns from me. He's my apprentice. Not OUR apprentice. Yes, I am very selfish with the Damon praise. lol. I think I have the right to be. Andy gets to take credit for me. Now I get to take credit for Damon. ;)

I can recognize your influence Dylan, I apologize, you have ever reason to be selfish with and proud of the work you have done with Damon and vise versa. as you know I suffer from divided loyalties. I am looking forward to seeing some of Damon's work first hand at blade.
