Not bloody likely. I was going to give up monogamy, but the skillet changed my mind for me. :D

Anybody know how long it takes for the "Lodge" logo imprint to sort of work it's way out?

Give up INFI for Lent? Why not just give up lint for Lent...seems like it would be a more appropriate loss :)
 
Progunner, I recommend that you buy your cast iron from the nearest "Cracker Barrell" store. They sell Lodge Logic CI, but with a special Cracker Barrell logo on the bottom. The CB logo is shallower relief, with fewer hard edges than the standard Lodge logo, thus making for less damage and quicker healing times. :D

ThatMGuy, lint makes a good tinder, but not much of a slicer. Sounds like they made a bad decision in more than one way.
 
hell. giving it up?? I'm trying to figure out a way that I can order both a HOFSH (from the company store) and an SJ Tac this month! Not too sure how thats gonna work out though.
 
Since I'd miss out on the Soul2 anyway, I figure I could give up INFI for lent. Of course, if I miss the daggone Dog Skinner (actually, it may not appear until after lent, cough, cough) from Mini-Busse, then I might have to give in and make another INFI purchase so as not to feel too bad. :D

I've been giving it up for too long now :(
 
I am giving up Carbon V for lent ...oh...wait... I gave that up a long time ago :eek:

Well you could give up INFI and still get the Dog Skinner since it's not made of INFI.
You could buy a SH1 or SH2 or an A2 Mean Street. None of them are INFI.
See, you just have to work around it. :p :D
 
After last years' fiasco with giving up alcohol, and the near loss of my sanity, I just don't think I could give up my INFI. I'd have to give up Catholicism. :D
 
I have Lent a Busse or two in the past but what does that have to do with giving them up? :D
