Ok knifenuts,

How many of you plan to turnout for the last California show of the year? December 1,2 in Temecula. I have never been to this show and would like to hear something about it. I know Jim Ferguson will be there, with some excellent Damascus knives. What else might I find?

Its a small show with only 31 tables. But this adds a very personal touch, much like the Solvang show. Jim will be there, so will Herndon. I will also have a table there. In the past some real power hitters of the CKA have been there including Loveless.

For many locals, it is their favorite show due to the time they can spend talking with the makers. Its a little bit of a drive, but well worth it.

It's a terrific little show. I've bought several knives there for what I thought were better-than-usual prices. Plus, there's typically no admission fee (we would simply eat in the host restaurant to thank them). As noted above, you'll also have plenty of time to BS with the knifemakers and other patrons. Go if you can!
