Bowie/fighter in damascus and fossil walrus ivory, 10-1/4" blade.

Fancy slip joint in damascus and mammoth ivory, 3" blade.

All three are beautiful Don. You are really turning me into a folder buff. That baby is OUTSTANDING. :eek: ;)
 
Damn, Don! Two awesome ivory bowies and an upscale ivory slipjoint. :thumbup: Wish I was going to Orlando to inspect that trio!

To me that is one of the best looking folders I have seen, everything goes very well together. Very nice.

Whew!!!!:D Is the damascus Bowie made from that high layer count W2/iron mix you have been playing with lately?

Joe, the damascus is 500 layers of W2, 1084 and 15n20. I'm going to forge up a bunch of that high layer W2/iron stuff this fall when it cools down a bit :)

I do like that slipjoint, but the dagger is giving me a hankering for another one.

We'll see how things go. Maybe Don & I will have to have another little talk.:D

We're heading to Orlando in the morning, will be out of touch for a week or so.
 
I'm going. I have a ton of work to accomplish by this evening and then pack it all up for a plane ride...

Going with my wife Susan and my son Trevor. We are staying over four days longer to take advantage of WDW, which is nearly walking distance.... ;)
