I have a Cold Steel Cinquedea backordered. I have pretty good hopes that it will eventually make it's way on over to me.
I say that because I do feel that the new ownership will continue bringing in the products that had been listed for 2021.
That said, I also have a gut feeling that many items will be dropped for the 2022 year, so the closer to the end of this year gets, I bet some things will be sold out and no longer available for ordering.
It's just a hunch, but I feel that we should be pretty safe with backorders placed early and middle of this year... Beyond that, maybe not so much.

I ain't ordering anything from them until we see the quality of the products under new ownership.
That said, if they keep the quality they had?

I ordered a little mini Leatherneck and some other thing, a Kyoto small fixed Tanto I believe. It's basically for the wife's purse. I got zero reply for a week from seller. Asked them about it, waited about another week. Then I moved to a PayPal complaint and shazam, the toys are now on the way. This tells me that some of the 2021 year model product from CS is starting to get shipped.
Sounds like you had to twist their arm a little. Still, nice gets.
It's nice to know they're starting to ship out. Tell us how they are.

You bet, I'll do some pictures etc. As far as my reading has lead me, 8cr is very close to AUS8, which doesn't bother me. They look like little pocket or purse pieces. It's often different when actually in hand though. I wear an XL glove so I'm leaning a lot toward the warden having these things, but hey, ya never know.

I placed a backorder on a Cold Steel Rondel Dagger.
I had seen them on vendor websites before, and it always just seemed like a neat item. As with most of my most recent Cold Steel orders, it's them being under new ownership that has me securing things that may go "DoDo Bird"
