:thumbup:I love my stripped Boss Jack and I'm sure none of you will complain about seeing more pics of it in its pre Op attire. No rest for this user while it waits for new slabs.

Not bad. I had to add that twist to each size to give it some girth so it fills out my palm. I'm half tempted to leave it, but there's so much pretty G10 out there.
 
Looks great you did a good job on it. What about some stag not too dark or ebony its pretty dark, but the paracord looks pretty good too. :thumbup:

Looks great actually.

The only problem with the para-cord is, it will eat your hands up if you tie it really tight (which you have to for it to last) I have chopped with a Strider Bad axe and the cord is tough on your hands.
 
You did a great job on finishing the blade!

I really like the paracord handle too! I wonder how it would look with some MultiCam micarta??

I'm all over the freakin place. First I thought G10 but now I don't know. Most likely G10. I want to find something two toned that you couldn't have purchased from Busse. The problem is not every color I find comes in a size that will fit the BJ... I don't know... That's why I wrapped it in 550 for now. Stay tuned.
 
Boy, you messed that thread up. Where are the pics of Eddie? I grew up looking at him on my walls. He was my inspiration. :)
 
Nice Job. How did you go about stripping the coating? I was thinking on getting a coated blade and stripping instead of buying a more expensive satin finish.

Its just a spray on stripper called klean strip. It comes right off.
