Whose birthday do we have to forget tomorrow?

I'm pretty sure no one has ever been born on June 10th. Weird, but true.

You guys are cold. Wait till your birthdays. I'll put re-lighting candles on your cakes. After you get all tired trying to blow them out, you won't have the strength to eat the cake.

:D

If you think we're cold about birthdays and birthday cakes, you should visit your local Dairy Queen. :D

No, no Dairy Queen.

Carvel was my ice cream. Tom Carvel lived in my area and started his business just down the road. When we were looking to set up a village library, he kicked in a major donation. In his will, he left money for an expansion.

Even better, I remember when Ben & Jerry's came out, I tried a couple of flavors. I got a couple of upset stomachs. Back to Carvel !!!

Happy Birthday, to umm... er... oh yeah. Ken!

 Great story.

I see they have 6 shops in PA and never been to one, that just tells ya how far out in the sticks I am.

Back in the day it was local soft serve shops, food store brands or small general stores that stocked Hershey's ice cream.

Thanks! To celebrate I'm going to ban you all for 24 hours. :)

We used to visit family in Pennsyltucky when I was a kid. Went to Hershey a couple of times. :)
I liked the amusement park almost as much as the chocolate!

It is one of the nicest places to visit on this side of the Jersey border.

And so is the Bradford/Titusville area of the state.
