Anyone recognize whose mark this is? It appears to me an M over a W

Looks like three "H"'s to me. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong. Either way I don't know the mark, sorry.

My mistake, I thought he was marking all of his current pieces with the "Urban Tactical" stamp next to the MW. Apparently not! lol...Thanks for the info!
