Why am I no longer platinum?

To TPTB, I re-upped my platinum membership a couple months ago- but I show up as a "registered user" now for some reason. I blame the ale-yuns. Can somebody please point me to me nearest mistake?

can you go to your "user cp" and change your "group membership" status to "platinum member" ? you have PM's so your membership hasnt expired.

He's right. You just need to change the visuals on the title. I bet you can access the Cove.
