Why are my Tan Handles turning.....

Hey 1whobuys....

It's the oil from your hands turning the scales darker...

Put a little dish soap on a brush and scrub the scales under the tap, then rinse, dry and oil the blade..

The scales will go back to their original color...

Hope this helps..

I'll give it a try.
Have you come up with any good EDC sheaths for the Satin Jack yet? Send me a pic. Please. Thanks.

Hey 1whobuys..

I think that will work for you....

After a weekend of use the handles get pretty grimey.. A good bath in some warm soapy water and it looks like it came from the shop....

Although I like the color..Looks well used....

As far as the SJ goes..
Hang in there I'll be prototyping it within the next few days...

I'll tell you this,,from experience,, the size shape of the knife is gonna make a Real nice sheath...

I can pretty much do Busse knives in my sleep now,,Hmm actually I have after this last batch.. LOL
I think I did close to 100 sheaths this last run...

I've had Lumber ever since I first seen the SJ.. My favorite size/shape knife to work with...

Give me a few days with it...

Thanks

Eric,

Put one of those on hold for me as well. I think I'll be needing one. I should have an SJ some time in October.
