I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Basic lines were lighter because they had the handles like the LB or if the INFI was different or both
Thanks

The Basics are not exposed tang, so there is weight saved from less steel, also Res-C weighs less that micarta or G10

helium bubbles molded into the rubber handles :)

Don't forget that they are also full flat grinds on the blades too, which makes for a significant weight reduction over a convex or sabre grind at the same thickness. ;)

who cares. they freaking chop like beasts. today at the local Indiana chop in busse B-11 took 2nd and 3rd out of like 24 people. they are just plain monsters :) I love the basic series
