Why Busse redux.

Why on earth would I fork over the cash for a knife? Why would I wait so long (I didn't but would have)?

Well, I'll never batton a skillet, I'll never need a knife to do some of the crazy **** Cliff Stamp did, don't see myself ever being shot in the knife, but I do like that when I am beating through knotty pallet wood and beat the knives I do have right through and they end up busting brick underneath that I can check the edge and have it still sharp enough to work. Same with the Busse kin. They are worth the wait and the money. The good folks you deal with in getting these knives make the worth even more. I like that they don't punch out 300knives an hour and that Beef and number 21will recognize that knife when sent back, or if it is described to them on the forums. Ya, good stuff and worth the dollas. Off soap box and back in the bottle. Happy 4th.

I'll take a pound of crispy bacon on toast with mayo... Damn, I miss those sandwiches.
 
I'm in, I'll take #67. I'm thinking slow smoked prosciutto with Brown sugar bacon and dukes mayo on Texas toast. Sounds great
