Why can't I post pictures anymore?

Up until last week posting pictures was ready, just insert and choose what size picture. Then all of a sudden I no longer have the option, for all my paid there isn't an INSERT button anymore. Any ideas what happened and how do I fix it?

Sorry, figured it out. My GOLd status expired
