Why can't I see any threads in either of the two "Wanted to Buy" subforums?

As per title, thanks! It just shows as Private. I've searched the FAQ and the membership levels post and didn't see anything addressing this. I realize that one needs Gold membership to reply in those forums. I can't even see a single post, let alone post a new one.
 
You can post a new thread and you will be able to see your own, but in order to reduce any abuse of the system by members who are not permitted to sell here, viewing of the WTB threads is restricted to only those with sales privileges.
 
Oh, ok thanks. That's a bit weird, but I guess I get it. Someone could bypass the Gold Membership selling requirements by seeing a WTB thread and arranging a sale that way. I don't think that's exactly the same as listing something for sale, but, well... it ain't my site, so there you go! Thanks Markksr.

I didn't know that , I upgraded to gold pretty quickly once I was ready to use the exchange.So I never noticed. It makes total sense. It stops people from stealing sales from those with selling subscriptions. Its good the mods don't have to police it.
