Why delete my thread?

Selling my pellet gun for my son, who's 12 years old, is against policy?????? Do you let 12 year olds register as a member????? Do 12 years old have a credit card to become a member????? I was stating in my listing that I was selling for my son so no one offers trade!

4. No sales for third parties. If your "friend" wants an item sold, they must create their own account and list it themselves.

I will defer to other mods or Spark if selling for underage family members is allowed under that verbiage.

And I would note that the fact that your son is underage was not mentioned in that sales thread.

I think the decision rests with Spark as the forum is his to govern.

Personally, though selling for others is not allowed, I would have no issue in the current circumstances with selling for one's minor child if the facts are as stated above.

The rules are put in place for a reason. No one knows your son or his age. He could be 39 living in another state. If you had not mentioned it there is no problem.
