Why did Buck Knives take "Year Marks" off its website?

I cannot find the year marks under the "Tech FAQs" link where they used to be. In fact, this link pulls up nothing.

Can anyone direct me to this information on the Buck website or to another site where I can find the info (ie. which blade stamp matches up with which year)?

Guyon, if you read the thread titled DATING OLDER BUCKS started by Blue Sky, someone posted the chart with the year marks in it there not too long ago. Several of us have gone looking for the chart on Buck's Web Site - it is no longer there.

We are all wondering why Buck's Webmaster pulled the page with the chart, along with a number of other pages, all of which held some great info.

Perhaps Joe, or CJ can shed some light on the matter - PLEASE !!!!

The only addition I can make it that the date code for 2002 was replaced with the anvil mark.
By the way, I am asking around to see if anyone here knows about the deleted pages on our web site.
