Why did my black/blue G-10 handled LE AFCK..

Come shipped In a TESK box? I wasn't the first one to mention this, so I don't know. Again it IS an AFCK. Thanks guys.

AFCK in a TSEK box?

My guess is manufacturer error, they won't send out labeled boxes in my experience. Shouldn't affect resale value, if you're worried about that, then you might request a letter from Benchmade stating that it is the original box.

Quite a few shipped that way IIRC-- I have one as well

The ones I have are the same way. Someone was asleep at the computer that day, all the excitement of the TSEK and AFCK, I'd have been making typos too.

It was mislabeled. When my 806BK-1101s arrived, I called Roger at Knifeworks to tell him and he was also surprised that they shipped that way (from the factory to him and he had not checked them before they shipped out from KW), so it caught everyone by surprise. IIRC, they offered correction stickers, but I never bothered to get any, as I figured it was "original" and unique to the black bladed ones. All of my 806-1101s with the satin finish blades were correctly labeled.

Alright cool. How about.... They make more Faulty sticker and all. It will force me to end my self imposed boycott, the only model that will do.
