The notice sayes that I am seeing it because I am not a Gold member or higher but I have been a gold member for some time now. Why do I get this notice? Any help would be appretiated.

Tried the built in notice system to see if I could make it any more obvious that non-paid subscriptions can't sell on the exchange. Since the notice system doesn't allow for multiple levels of conditions, it didn't work. Sorry for the confusion
