Why do the shield logos look so different on different striders?

Why do the shield logos look so different on different striders? Some are deep and almost round, while others are light and have the feather tips sticking out. I read that these shield logos where stamped on before heat treating. Do they have several stamps that are subtly different? In the thread shown below, MadMullet wrote, "One way to spot a fake is that the logo and name will be stamped on the blade this one looks to be lazer etched or engraved like the real ones have." Thanks for any help!
