I was on Condor's website last week and I saw their 'new for 2012' line-up and I was in awe of all the awesome pieces they're introducing which vary from smaller 'bushie' type blades, to a Kephart, and several really cool machetes:goloks, bolos, and the two I like the most, the Warlock mahcete and the Lochnessmuk which is a giant Nessmuk. And given their prices and decent quality they have a pretty strong following so I think they have what it takes to deserve a sub of their own. I guess there would have to be people to moderate it though. Well this is just a thought of mine so I wanted to see what everyone else thinks about it. And I've posted pics of some of the items I listed.

General Knife Discussion is not Bladeforums all-purpose bulletin board. Questions on website policy go in Tech Support.

Manufacturers can have a free forum here if they support it with a full-time company representative. We don't provide fan forums.

Manufacturers Forums

BladeForums.com is proud to offer industry Manufacturers the ability to have live interaction with their customer base. Our sole requirement for this service is that the manufacturer provide official company representation. We also encourage that the manufacturers help contribute to the community by providing products for our support giveaways & auctions.

BladeForums.com provides a powerful tool in the customer service world, and can be a tremendous boost to your company's public image. With proper customer service personnel & a willingness to interact with your end user base, you will not be disappointed in the results.

I don't see [Company X] represented, why not?

We do not provide "unofficial" company or "fan" forums for any manufacturer. In order for there to be a dedicated forum for any specific company, they must show the willingness to take part in the discussion.

If you do not see your favorite manufacturer listed here, visit their website and contact them by phone or email, and request that they join in. If enough of their customers have a demand for it, they will come.

Yup--if they wanted one they could have one here. They haven't chosen to do so at this time.

I guess we can just keep our fingers crossed then. Maybe they'll realize how awesome it is here and that it would probably be good for business and come on by:)

I've asked folks about this, folks that work with Condor, they do have people here that could moderate it, but mostly, until they get some of the QC kinks worked out, they feel it would be more of a place for folks to come take shots at them and stir up trouble. So, when the time is right, I'm sure we'll see a Condor forum.

I've personally told Rick that the door is always open as well. I'd love to see them on board, their products are pretty awesome
