I find this very odd. Everything in my right pocket always is all on the right side. Plenty of room in the pocket. It is such a pain. Smallest pouch is uncomfortable to me. Any idea to remedy this?

What's the smallest pouch/ organizer you've tried ?
A company called Gatura has lots of different sizes nobody else makes.

What exactly are the things you're carrying?
before getting into using a small pocket organizer I just spread things out to various pockets.

Different pockets i dread but it is honestly the answer. I truthfully know the problem. The items are much too heavy. Why they migrate to the outside I do not know but I know the culprit. I do not have much in there but they are comparatively heavy items. Like 8 ounces or more. As for the organizer I have the smallest Maxpedition. I will check out the brand you mention. Anything before spread to other pockets. Thank you

Edit: Indeed the small Gatura will work! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I did not order the Gatura. Eve though it was a great size and seemed to be of high quality. Made in USA. Ships from Ukraine. With broken English. Only accepts Paypal, which I do not use. No return policy. Across the globe anyway. Oh well. I guess the next step is in fact to distribute the load to other pockets. Even the Gatura would add more bulk than I have now. I would certainly feel it sitting in the car. I was fully aware of the issue causing everything's migration however. As to why it all migrates to the outside. Well, I am not a Physicist. The easiest and most logical answer is to utilize other completely empty pockets. I am just "ingrained" on having it all together. I will get used to it no doubt.

You need a more even equipment distribution. More pockets might help. Try cargo pants.

Exactly what I just did. I did not even see your post. I went and got 5 pairs of cheap cargo pants. Problem solved finally. At my age cargo pants are fine. I mean very old, not young. I am still in great condition and enjoy this stuff.

Made to order in Ukraine actually I believe.
I didn't know where it was made or coming from when I ordered mine and would have been sceptical if I did , but it's well made and well worth the wait / money if the items you carry are smaller.

Hopefully the cargo pants work out for you.
I never liked carrying much in cargo leg pockets because I don't like the weight flopping around, so I went to a pocket organizer for most of my stuff and to stiffer less baggy carpenter shorts in the summer.
I've got jacket and shirt pockets in the winter for my wallet and other stuff.

Is your right leg shorter?
My pockets are never big enough, all I can fit in the right pocket is my phone. I always have my knife clipped at the top of that pocket, the clip keeps it in place. All of the misc. junk goes in the left pocket- pen, light, change, etc.

I really don't know. That is entirely possible I suppose. The cargo pants are fine. I only carry 5 compact items but 3 of them are heavy. I like Tactical stuff anyway.

I figured out the problem. The irony. I am back to Wranglers. The knife in my pocket was too long. Wedging everything to the side. Why the right I don't know. My choices in a 2.5" or less blade will max out at ZDP-189 or Stainless Damascus. Yes, William Henry. Luckily I already have some of both. Including ones I would never use. I do not think I will find a knife that small in S90V or above? If so I would really appreciate if someone tells me. I will still have a large knife on my gun holster. I honestly had to type this out to figure it out! Thank you all for the ideas. If anyone knows a better blade please speak up :)

Edit: I saw here that many Elder's of the forum prefer ZDP-189. So I am not going to complain. The Damascus performs around 154CM.
