Well I have put a freeze on all my blade buying for a while now and you will see why in the pic below. I just wanted to mention that the Sonim XP3 Quest phone that you see in the pic is great for all outdoor activities. I literally beat the hell out of it and tried to drown it and it has barely a scratch on it.

And don't worry I will soon post pics of my Junglas since the spending freeze is now over!!

Hahaha I was hesitant to post it because

A. This is a knife forum and...
B. There is like a 1000 page thread on AR's

Personally i prefer the bullpup design

*MSAR

Those things are sweet. I've been drooling over them at "Ye Olde Blaster Shoppe" for a while now. How does it shoot?

Well, you take aim, pull the trigger and voilla :)
Dont forget to load it though.

Great rifle, I love Steyrs!! That thing was created about 25 years ago and it still looks like it belongs in the future. Can't go wrong with the bull-pup 5.56 and the weapons can take one hell of a beating. I'm jealous!!!

bullpups are a nice design, shortens the appearance of the gun. The only drawback (IMO) is the actions located right in line with your ears, which can be loud(er) even with ear plugs. I do like them anyway, I have a Mossberg 12G bullpup, and it rings my head !

The MSAR comes in 16, 20 and 24" barrels. They also have the E4 style rail, the regular rail and the scope. The E4 uses ar15 mags while the STG556 uses MSAR proprietary mags.
Indeed its a MSAR, the thing that realy gives it away is the plate above the handle with the 3 bolts. Took me few to figure that out.
