I'm not going into a "sebenza" is better than any knife at this point. I love my sebbie, and that's just that.
Personally, I don't think "what is the best folder" or "best knife" discussions are really useful discussions. Why?
Because even if there WAS a "best" folder or knife...it's not like you guys aren't going to get the 2nd, 3rd, 4th best knives! You'll get "the best", then the "user", then the "beater", then the "tactical", then the "pristine one so I can beat the crap out of my current edc", then the "custom one so I can start my custom collection off."
Do I have a "best" knife? HECK NO! ALL the knives I have are "the best." I have my sebbie, my afck, my chinook, my gravitator, my crkt kff, etc. That's the FUN of all this: you can have as many as you want! LOL!!
Let's say the sebenza IS the best: I sure as heck am not going to carry that everyday because that's freakin' boring!! Next day I'm carrying my kff pro. Day after that, I may be with my vaquero grande! That's the FUN of this for me. Have lots of knives, so I can switch up when I want.
Sure I have "favorite" knives (the mnandi is really getting attached to me), but I wouldn't say they were the best out of my collection based on a scientific experiment. In fact, my so-called "best" knife at the moment (busse magnum eu-17) isn't even my favorite at this point. I can't carry her, lol!!
I leave figuring out the "best" knife to the guys who think they only need "one knife" (good luck with that), and guys who have stuff to sell.
For me, I buy and use what I want.
