Yesterday, I got my Titanium Military back from Spyderco after a 4 week wait. I sent it in because the lockbar had degraded and affected lockup giving it some pretty nasty play. When I opened the box, I was expecting my same military but with some tweaks to remove the play. Turns out they replaced my knife with a brand new shiny one. This isn't the first time this has happened to me either! A decent time ago i sent in a PE H1 spyderhawk and after two trips to the spa, I came to the conclusion that the grind was too shallow and therefore the hardness at the edge was not hard enough to hold a good edge. I sent it in once more and Charlynn said she could replace it because it was their fault. I requested it to be replaced with a SE model and what do you know? They replaced it with a SE model :D Spyderco will always have my patronage and loyalty for their outstanding designs and top notch customer service.

Great service! This is all about the Spyderco philosophy which is found in a chapter of the Spyderco Story book but first thing first, they are great people always listening and always improving.
When you become a customer, somewhere you become part of the Spyder-family.
