Im trying to remove the pocket clip! I removed the small screw and it will not pop off?!! Is it lock tight on there or does it slide out downward? I was pulling it and I started to bend it outward and now it feels loose (gap between clip and Ti slab)!! Help??

Never had this problem. Try putting some heat on it. It should just fall off without the screw.

The fit is super tight on nearly all clips I have encountered minus the well used sebenzas. This super tight fit is due to the super tight tolerances of a Sebenza. You have to blasted finishes gripping together if that makes sense and super tight tolerances....! The result, what your encountering.

Remove the screw and work the clip up and down. Do Not bend it straight up as you will bend the clip. Just work it up and down and it will pop out. This question came up about a week or so ago and that was my reply. I have had this happen to me many times and every time, this solution worked perfectly.

if you're getting it straight from the shop, they make sure it's "in". Like nyfemaker said, CRK has/is known for their tight tolerances.

also when buying from the shop you can opt to buy the insert and they'll put that in for you.

I'd rather have a tight pocket clip than a loose one.

I'd say it's common with new Sebenzas. Once you have it off and on a few times it won't be so sticky.

it's also relevant to the one screw construction of the Sebenza clip. In order to make the clip stay in place, the fit needs to be very tight. I've had the same issue with my Sebenzas, solution to the issue is to exercise a little more force. make sure you don't bend the clip tho.

Cheers

I had an issue with this before and all it did was pry it off with a screw driver covered in a clothe. The clothe is only to not scratch it while you prying.... Even if you bend the clip it bends back, that the beauty of Titanium. good luck

Makes me wish CRK would use two screws like the hinderer style pocket clip, then wouldn't have to be so darn tight to keep the clip from having side to side play.
