I've never noticed this until I bought my first tops knife yesterday, but why don't they have a forum in the manufacturers section? Or am I just so dumb I missed it?

Any manufacturer can have a forum here free for the asking, as long as they supply their own moderator for that forum. But they have to ask.
If you think Tops should have a forum on BladeForums, you should ask them why they don't have one here.
