Hello, just to let everyone know that I have paid for my membership like 4 days ago and this people has not updated my account, I can't post on the trade area and I have emailed bladeforums a couple of time to ask them to update me, and I'm still to hear from them. What kind of customer service is this? why do this happens?
 
Did you use PayPal? That can take longer. It has to be entered manually, and Spark is the only one who can.

Emailing BF seems to be a non-working link. Best to post here in Tech Support with details: how you paid, if by PayPal, with what transaction number.
 
I used paypal, the transaction id is #4K2036614D289223C, I didn't want to post here but since I never got any answers by email I thought this was the last resort. thank you
 
to see if spark updated you, click on your name and see if you have the "private message" option. then you have to go change your group membership in your profile to complete the change.
